All inspections can be purchased individually or as a part of a service bundle. WDO and Wind-Mitigation are reports that may also be added to a related inspection such as Full Pest or Four-point inspections.

About Seagrape Home Inspections, PLLC
Why the Seagrape? As a child, born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, Ariel Hernandez, a state of Florida licensed home inspector, spent countless hours playing and climbing on Seagrape trees in his neighborhood. Seagrape trees are native to Florida, primarily found on the coast and they serve to protect dunes and provide for food and shelter for wildlife on Florida beaches. They were also used as shaded shelters by beach-goers prior to the laws protecting dunes being enacted.
Much like the Seagrape is unique to Florida (and the Caribbean) and differ from the dune plants in northern beaches, Florida homes are very different than homes in other states and also have to be built to withstand the same environmental conditions of Florida that the Seagrape tree endures.

Being a native of Florida, Ariel understands and appreciates how a Florida home is built, how it should be maintained, and how the high heat, humidity, wind, and rain influences a home’s conditions. A portion of the fees from every complete property inspection is donated to local organizations that are preserving Florida’s beach dunes and mangroves. Each complete property inspection equals one new mangrove tree or a tray of 100 dune grasses!
Structural Systems

Roofing
Roof coverings, drainage systems, flashings and skylights, chimneys and other roof penetrations.
Electrical Systems
Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, connected devices and fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and making sure your outlets are GFCI-protected.
Plumbing
Fixtures and faucets, water supply systems, drain, waste and vent systems, water heater, vents, flues and chimneys, and any sump pumps or fuel storage and distribution systems.
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
Heating and cooling equipment, ducts, vents and flues.
Appliances
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, range hood, range or oven, cooktop, microwave, trash compactor, bathroom exhaust fans, garage door operator, and other built-in appliances.
